Professional Experience

• Prior to Co-founding Blueprint Capital Partners, Bobby was the Director of Investor Relations for a Private Equity firm focused on distressed debt investments.  He was responsible for developing and implementing a white-glove service model that drove new business as well as expanded relationships with existing stakeholders.  He was responsible for the firm’s compliance initiatives and developed policies to comply with the requirements of an SEC registered firm.

• Previously, Bobby worked at Cardone Capital and was mentored by sales training professional, and billionaire, Grant Cardone.  He was Head of Investor Relations and responsible for capital raising efforts across a $2B+ multi-family housing portfolio.

• Prior to Cardone Capital, Bobby worked at Morgan Stanley PWM in Chicago. He was an financial advisor associate and member of a $600+ Million AUM team. The team had an actively managed macro-driven strategy. Bobby was responsible for alternative investment research, manager selection and portfolio monitoring and reporting.
